More Chipotle projects are underway.

We’re excited to highlight the groundbreaking of two new Chipotle Mexican Grill locations, one in Menomonie, WI, and another in Cambridge, MN.

Construction in Menomonie is already moving quickly after demolition of a former Denny’s restaurant began in early April, and the Cambridge location officially kicks off this week. It’s always exciting to see these projects take shape from the ground up and continue bringing nationally recognized brands into growing communities.

In addition to these new ground-up locations, our team is also several weeks into a Chipotle Mexican Grill tenant improvement project on Plymouth Road in Minnetonka. From site work to interior buildout coordination, it’s great to see progress continuing across multiple Chipotle projects at the same time as we help prepare another location for customers in the west metro.
